Republic of Georgia (oversea) is not listed in country list when i want to turn on two step authorization ?

Good Day,

I'm in Georgia and want to Turn on Two step authentication on my account ,

Unfortunately it's not listed in Country list , could you please let me know how can i use this function without phone number or why Republic of Georgia (+995) is not in the list ?

Apparently, this feature requires a level of (secure?) communication the is not available in UNlisted countries


There is some difference in "verification" and "authentication" that I have not quite yet grasped completely, but seems "built-in" to the OSes for Macs and iOS devices
